Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Human Resources Director located in Kuching. As a Human Resources Director, you will oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and more.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in human resources management and leadership
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with integrity
- Proven track record of implementing HR strategies to support business objectives
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus
